Breakfast is served in our sunlit Dining Room. Our tables sit two persons but can be put together for larger groups.
The meal begins with an offering of two breads along with juice and coffee or tea. Possible breads might be Cheesy Muffins, Buttermilk Cornbread, Sour Cream Coffeecake or Apple Pecan Bread. When fruits or vegetables are in season, one might be served Zucchini Bread or Cranberry Orange Muffins.
The next course is our fruit dish that definitely varies by the season from a melon mix in the summer to Waldorf Salad or Baked Pears in the winter.
The entrée of the day might be an egg dish or pancakes. Our egg dishes include Baked Eggs, Quiche Lorraine, Chile Cheese Bake and omelets filled with fresh vegetables from the garden. For a change of pace, we often serve Pecan Pancakes, Oatmeal-Raisin Pancakes, and Cinnamon Raisin Baked French Toast.
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whether vegetarian or food allergies including gluten free or lactose free. When making a reservation, please be sure to inform us of these restrictions.
We begin serving breakfast at 8:30 am with coffee available from 7:30 am on. We are willing to serve an earlier breakfast for those who need to catch a plane or attend a morning business meeting.
